The person selected for this position must be professionally prepared for leadership in an early childhood education facility, and be able to meet the requirements of the state licensing standards (per DCFS guidelines, available upon request). This individual must have made a profession of faith in Jesus Christ and his/her Lord and Savior, and maintain an active, vibrant relationship with the Lord and His church. The director shall also be sensitive to others, and a mature individual who is able to relate well to both children and adults.
